A project with a tower of offices and apartments for Shadal Street, in the stage of advanced planning and approvals. A number of buildings earmarked for preservation in the heart of Tel Aviv’s City district, between Yavne Street and Shadal Street near Rothschild Boulevard, are to form the basis of a complex rising to a height of 26 storeys and boasting one of the most splendid office towers in Tel Aviv.

Central Park Towers | 24 Saadia Hagaon Street, Tel Aviv

The Central Park project consists of two 30-story towers of residential units with 3.5 to 5 bedrooms each. The complex itself will include a park, a swimming pool, daycare centers, and underground parking.

One of the complex’s pluses is its relatively low cost. Each square meter costs an average of $2,500 at Central Park, as opposed to an average of $4,500 $10,000 per square meter in other residential complexes in the city. All 326 units in Tel Aviv’s Central Park residential complex have been purchased in less than two months. Construction is planned to be completed in 2010.

Bavli (Hebrew: בבלי‎) is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv, named after the Babylonian Talmud, and located next to Hayarkon Park. It was founded in 1957 and developed rapidly over the 1970's and 1980's. Due to its proximity to the city center and the park, it is considered a mostly upper middle class neighborhood, with a majority of older couples and families living within the area.
