"Gel" de la construction à Tel Aviv?

La ville qui ne s'arrête jamais est en proie à une crise immobilière. Elle ne compte que 840 unités de logement dont les travaux ont été entrepris pendant les trois premiers trimestres de 2009, contre 1499 pour la même période l’année précédente. Ceci représente une chute de 44%.

A new 31 floors tower will be built in Frishman street in Tel Aviv. The Frishman Tower is almost certainly the last high-rise building that will go up in the heart of Tel Aviv. In the wake of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization's designation of the Bauhaus-rich White City as a World Heritage Site in 2003, high-rise construction has been prohibited in the core of the city. Since plans for this structure were submitted as early as the 1980s, though, approval was permitted to proceed. The Frishman Tower will include 70 apartments. Construction is expected to be completed in three years.

Une nouvelle tour de 31 étages sera construite dans la rue Frishman à Tel Aviv. La Tour Frishman est probablement le dernier immeuble de grande hauteur qui s’élèvera dans le coeur de Tel Aviv. À la suite du classement de la " Ville blanche" de Tel Aviv au Patrimoine Mondial de l'Humanité par l’UNESCO en 2003, la construction de tours a été interdite dans le coeur de la ville. La Tour Frishman inclura 70 appartements. La construction devrait être achevée en trois ans.

The Central Park project consists of two 30-story towers of residential units with 3.5 to 5 bedrooms each. The complex itself will include a park, a swimming pool, daycare centers, and underground parking.

One of the complex’s pluses is its relatively low cost. Each square meter costs an average of $2,500 at Central Park, as opposed to an average of $4,500 $10,000 per square meter in other residential complexes in the city. All 326 units in Tel Aviv’s Central Park residential complex have been purchased in less than two months. Construction is planned to be completed in 2010.

Bavli (Hebrew: בבלי‎) is a neighborhood of Tel Aviv, named after the Babylonian Talmud, and located next to Hayarkon Park. It was founded in 1957 and developed rapidly over the 1970's and 1980's. Due to its proximity to the city center and the park, it is considered a mostly upper middle class neighborhood, with a majority of older couples and families living within the area.

לבן לילה 2009 | White Night 2009

The white night festival returns on 27.5 This year apart from all the shows one of the main events will be the new Dizzengof statue in front of his house.

במסגרת אירועי לילה לבן וחגיגות המאה לתל אביב יתקיים טקס הסרט הלוט מעל פיסלו של מאיר דיזנגוף. ראש העירייה הראשון של תל אביב זכה במחווה יוצאת דופן: פסל בדמותו רכוב על סוס שפוסל על ידי הפסל דוד זונדלוביץ' ויוצב מול ביתו ההיסטורי בשדרות רוטשילד 16. הטקס יתקיים בשעה 18:00.
